1. Communication and Interaction

• No Paid Communication: Masters are strictly prohibited from requiring any form of payment for communication with submissives. This includes "initial tributes" or any other fees to initiate conversations. All members have equal access to communication and interaction, regardless of their financial means.

2. Political Discussions

• No Politics: Politically charged conversations are strictly prohibited on the Find My Master site. This rule applies to all members regardless of their country of residence.

3. Paid Services

• Timeframe for Service Delivery:

  • Standard: Masters must provide paid services within 48 hours of receiving payment unless alternative arrangements are made beforehand with the submissive.

  • Investigation Exception: If a Master is under investigation, they have 24 hours to provide services, issue a refund, or face removal from the site.

• Repercussions for Non-Compliance:

  • Masters who fail to provide services or a refund within the specified timeframe will be removed from the site.

  • Submissives can appeal to the Find My Master administration for a refund, which will be provided as membership dues credits if approved.

  • Scope: This policy applies to all paid services, including cam time, personal one-to-one time, and any other arrangements involving financial transactions between Masters and submissives.

  • Communication: Clear communication and agreement upon service delivery timelines between Masters and submissives are crucial to avoid misunderstandings or potential violations.

4. Personal Information

• Prohibition: Posting personal information on the site is prohibited. This includes Masters posting information about submissives and submissives posting their own information.

• Exceptions: In rare cases, exceptions may be granted with:

• Mutual understanding of consequences by both parties.

• Explicit consent from the Find My Master administration.

• Signed liability release document.

• Consequences for Master Violations:

  • Coercion or Violation of Rule:

    • First offense: $250.00 fine

    • Second offense: $1,000.00 fine

    • Third offense: Permanent removal from the site

• Fine Payment: Fines must be paid within 7 days of imposition. Failure to pay will result in removal from the site without the possibility of reinstatement.

• Definition: "Personal information" refers to any data that could identify an individual, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial details.

5. Hate Speech

• Prohibition: Hate speech is prohibited in public forums, group chats, and any areas where others can view it.

• Definition: Hate speech includes any language that targets or discriminates against individuals based on their race, creed, color, religion, sexual identity, or other personal attributes. It can also encompass certain forms of humiliation and degradation.

• Reporting Procedure:

  • Report hate speech to the Find My Master administration with a screenshot of the offensive content.

  • The administration will review the reported content and determine whether it constitutes hate speech.

• Limitations:

  • The Find My Master administration cannot monitor one-to-one conversations, personal emails, Skype conversations, or similar private channels.

  • No action will be taken against individuals using these private platforms for communication, even if hate speech occurs in those contexts.

6. Respectful Communication

• Mutual Respect: All members must treat each other with respect at all times. This includes refraining from insults, harassment, or any behavior that could be considered disrespectful.

• Appropriate Titles:

  • Masters may refer to submissives as: "subs," "slaves," "betas."

  • Submissives may refer to Masters as: "Master," "God," "Sir," "King," "Lord," "Sire."

  • Alternative terms of endearment or nicknames may be used if mutually agreed upon between the Master and submissive.

7. Games

• Prohibition of Unauthorized Games: Masters are not allowed to initiate games to collect money from submissives without prior approval.

• Game Approval Process:

  • Masters must submit a detailed proposal to the Find My Master administration, including the game name, rules, and method of collecting funds from submissives upon completion.

  • The administration will review the proposal and respond within 3 days.

  • If approved, the Master can proceed with the game. If denied, the Master cannot initiate the game, and the decision is final.

8. Exclusivity

• Exclusivity Rule for Submissives:

  • Submissives are permitted to be exclusive to only one Master at any given time.

  • Once exclusive, a submissive is prohibited from interacting with other Masters on the site.

  • The submissive and Master must discuss and agree upon boundaries, expectations, and mutual respect before entering into an exclusive arrangement.

• Master Responsibility:

  • Masters must refrain from using coercive or manipulative tactics to pressure submissives into exclusivity.

  • Masters should focus on building genuine connections with submissives based on mutual respect, understanding, and shared interests.

• Reporting Concerns:

  • Submissives have the right to report any concerns about a Master's behavior to the Find My Master staff.

  • The staff will investigate all reports and take appropriate action if any violations are found.

9. Rule Changes

• These rules are not exhaustive and may be subject to updates or additions over time.

• It is the responsibility of each member to stay informed about any changes made to the rules.

• The Find My Master administration will send an email notification to all members whenever rules are changed or added.
