Accepting Applications for CM

The Community Manager (CM) is the central point of contact for all members on the Find My Master platform. They play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Working under the supervision of the Assistant Head Master in Charge, the CM has several key responsibilities:

1. Upholding Community Standards: The CM diligently monitors all site activity to ensure that all interactions and content adhere to the established community guidelines.

2. Providing Support: The CM is available to assist both Masters and submissives with any questions, concerns, or issues they may encounter while using the site.

3. Enforcing Guidelines: The CM has the authority to take action against members who violate community standards. This can include issuing warnings, temporarily removing members from the site, or imposing permanent bans in severe cases.

4. Investigating Violations: When claims of violations arise, the CM conducts thorough investigations to gather all relevant information and determine appropriate action.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Community Manager helps to foster a positive and welcoming community where all members feel safe and respected.
